A handcrafted gin distilled in small batches and based on a heritage recipe from the archives of Oxford Brookes library of brewing and distilling. The inspiration for the design comes the founder’s background in academia, and their vast collection of rare Dickens Editions. The first release is Volume One, and will build to create a library of fine spirits.
